How to get the plugin
Install the EffectIO Dashboard plugin and get the plugin from there. Simply click on Install Now and then go to Plugins -> Installed Plugins and activate Woocommerce Xero Integration. Then go to Woocommerce -> Xero.
From here you should authenticate to Xero. Enter your key in these labels.
You can add an invoice prefix if you want to, like dots or commas. Moreover, you can code for Xero account to track the sales you make, track the shipping charges, to allow fees and track the received payments. This works for rounding accounts, too.
You can send invoices manually or on order creation. If you want another option, choose from the two left: on payment completion or on order completion. Most users prefer to do so manually, unless they have really many orders. However, that’s up to you.
The same goes for sending payments. You can either send them manually, on payment or on order completion. We’d recommend you to do this manually, too, because you can never know.
Expenses
